From the line to the laptop
I'm Nathan — a ServSafe-certified, ACF-trained chef with years of professional kitchen experience. I graduated from Cincinnati State's Culinary Arts program and have spent time on every station a working kitchen has to offer.
These days I build software for food truck owners and independent restaurant operators — the kind of tools I wish I'd had when I was running a truck: honest food costs, real margins, and menus that don't take a week of nights to lay out.
