Terms of Service

Welcome to MenuCraft. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Food Bros ("MenuCraft", "we", "us") governing your use of the MenuCraft website, applications, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use MenuCraft. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at support@myfoodbros.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain all rights to the dishes, ingredients, notes, and menu content you create in MenuCraft ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models.

Subscription plans and billing

MenuCraft is offered on the following plans:

• Free — limited to 3 dishes; no charge.
• Basic — $9 / month; up to 15 dishes and additional features.
• Pro — $19 / month; unlimited dishes, AI pricing, PDF export, and priority support.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month using the payment method on file until you cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which Stripe may collect on our behalf where required. We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your current billing period. Downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing period so you keep the higher-tier features until then.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings or the Stripe customer portal. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we'll notify you and retry. If the balance remains unpaid, we may suspend paid features until the balance is settled.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use MenuCraft for anything illegal, harmful, or infringing.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service.
• Interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or other users.
• Upload malicious code or content you don't have the right to use.
• Use automated systems to abuse rate limits or scrape the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

AI-generated output

MenuCraft's AI pricing and menu features are decision-support tools; the outputs are estimates based on the information you provide and general market context. You are responsible for your own pricing, menu, and compliance decisions. Always verify AI output before using it commercially.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties including Supabase, Stripe, Google, and Lovable. We aren't responsible for those services, but we choose them carefully and hold them to appropriate data-protection standards.

Intellectual property

MenuCraft, its logo, and the design and code of the Service are owned by Food Bros and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose while these Terms are in effect.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Food Bros will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid MenuCraft in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

You can stop using MenuCraft at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate the Service, or your access to it, if you materially breach these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email or in-app before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the operator of Food Bros, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
